In the main house, you'll find 2 spacious bedroom suites. 

The light and airy downstairs suite has its own separate entrance and a separate sitting room, with a practical sofa bed for additional guests.

Upstairs, there’s a spacious double bedroom that showcases period features such as century-old ceiling beams.

Both suites come equipped with a large family bathroom, each featuring a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet.

Venturing further, off the main living room in one of the oldest parts of the house, awaits a third bedroom on a mezzanine floor. This charming space boasts quirky dry stone walls, panoramic valley views, and a telescope for stargazing. On the ground floor, this maisonette opens onto a large, sunny patio area giving access to the front garden.

The set-up of the rooms offers you plenty of versatility when it comes to sleeping arrangements, wether you're a family or group of friends travelling together.

Living and dining room

Our light-filled dual aspect living and dining room is designed for unforgettable gatherings with friends and family. 

During cooler months, cozy up around the crackling wood-burning stove and gather around the rustic farmhouse table underneath the spectacular dry stone wall archway.

In the summer months, you'll appreciate the cool respite offered by the travertine floors, wooden shutters and thick, insulating walls, ensuring a comfortable retreat from the heat.

Kitchen and pantry

For those who revel in the art of cooking, our kitchen is a haven of gourmet delights. 

Equipped with a double fridge freezer boasting an icemaker, a 5-hob gas range featuring two ovens with rotisserie spits, a KitchenAid mixer, blender, juicer, and a vast  array of other tools and essentials, your culinary creations are limited only by your imagination.

To enhance your stay, we provide a selection of local olive oil, vinegars, dried herbs, and other kitchen staples. 

In the adjacent pantry, you will find a practical additional drinks fridge, storage space for vegetables, washer, dryer, and guest toilet, ensuring utmost convenience during your stay.

Step through the kitchen door onto the charming walled patio, which once was the heart of the home with its authentic bread oven still intact. Whether it's savouring your morning coffee or enjoying an intimate dinner under the stars, this space promises moments of pure delight.

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self-contained flat which is seamlessly connected to the main house whilst offering its own private retreat.

Accessible via the main kitchen or through its separate entrance, The Annexe boasts its own charming outdoor seating area under a canopy of vines and kiwi trees, perfect for a peaceful sip of morning espresso.

On the ground floor, there’s a convenient shower room, separate toilet, as well as an additional washing machine.

Climb the stairs to the first floor to find a spacious open-plan kitchen dining area, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together. Adjacent, you'll find a generously sized double bedroom with a cozy seating area. With ample space to accommodate a cot or utilise the sofa bed for a child, The Annexe ensures comfort and flexibility for your stay.

The Garden

Step into our tranquil Mediterranean terraced garden, where a rich tapestry of flora awaits. From aromatic rosemary, honeysuckle and lavender to pretty rose bushes and tasty figs, every season brings forth a new spectacle of beauty. There's also several mulberry trees in the garden, a testiment to the house's former life as a silk factory.

Relax and rejuvenate by our large private infinity pool, complete with a sun-drenched deck and an adjacent outdoor kitchen, perfect for indulging in poolside barbecues and providing shade during warmer months. Take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Jaur Valley and surrounding hillsides from this serene oasis.
